THE COMMON SHARE TOKEN “SAMARIUM”, SYMBOL: SAM, DEPLOYED AS INTERCHAIN TOKEN ON 18 MAJOR CHAIN NETWORKS. – 16 February 2025
We are pleased to inform that the Common Shares of Samarium Group Corporation now are represented as well by a new interchain token with the symbol “SAM”. The initial issue price for the “SAM” token is the same as for the Common Shares in traditional form. It is not mintable and has a forever fixed supply of hundred trillion tokens. This fixed and limited amount excludes any future dilution. The number of tokens also reflects the hope and expectation by the Company to achieve a trillion dollar valuation. What you see is what you get. The relationship to the Common Shares in traditional paper form is 1 : 1. One Common Share token “SAMARIUM” equals one traditional Common Share in paper form (initial issue price for both = 0.50 USD. This is the first financing round limited to four million COmmon Shares to be issued either in tokens or in traditional paper form ).
The SAM interchain token has the token address 0x6d1aEADf574963410De6E8FfE797F12f5CdeF2cB and has been deployed on 18 major chain networks, including Binance, Solana and Coinbase and many others.
We will apply to regulatory authorities for permission to distribute the tokens to the public.

SECURITIES OFFERING
We have applied for permission to distribute Common Shares based on Regulation A. Once approved, we will do ONLY ONE IPO-FINANCING ROUND. The objective of the financing round will be a stock exchange listing on the NYSE (Amex). The proceeds will be used to:
- IPO on a reputable stock exchange
- further prototyping and starting the production of the quantum navigation device “Sword of Durandal”
- development of engineering services,
- possibly an acquisition of a company that is active in the end-to-end software engineering market.
The Common Shares in token form as well as the Common Shares in traditional paper form are interchangeable and will be exchanged by the Company upon request.
A qualifying public offering (S-1) is in preparation and will be published here when ready for public distribution. It is subject to approval by the relevant authorities, like the Regulation A application.
Investors can in the meantime invest into the Common Shares (either traditional paper form or as a digital token), as long as they are qualifying accredited investors.
ROAD MAP
Our immediate near-term goals are::
- completion of the first financing round and QX/QB stock exchange listing with S-1 and 15c11 registrations.
- a working prototype of the Sword of Durandal project and complete registrations of the unit as well as organize mass production,
- enter in negotiations with the DoD concerning the quantum navigation unit.
- further development of the Internet of Things (IoT) technology tied to the Aureus Nummus Gold (the Cal Shaloud Net),
- list the Common Shares for trading on the NYSE (Amex)
- acquire and end-to-end software engineering company.
Here is a timeline for the next development steps of the quantum navigation device “Sword of Durandal”. The time horizons might be pushed into 2026 depending on how quickly we can close the financing rounds.
