THE COMMON SHARE TOKEN “SAMARIUM”, SYMBOL: SAM,  DEPLOYED AS INTERCHAIN TOKEN ON 18 MAJOR CHAIN NETWORKS. – 16 February 2025

We are pleased to inform that the Common Shares of Samarium Group Corporation now are represented as well by a new interchain token with the symbol “SAM”. SAM is a security according to the Howey test. The price for the “SAM” token is the same as for the Common Shares in traditional form. The SAM token is not mintable and has a forever fixed supply of hundred trillion tokens. This fixed and limited amount excludes any future dilution. The number of tokens also reflects the hope and expectation by the Company to achieve a trillion dollar valuation.

The relationship to the Common Shares in traditional paper form is 1 : 1 in terms of voting power. One SAM token “ carries one vote, exactly as one traditional Common Share in paper form carries one vote. The initial issue price for both is 6.00 USD. This is the first financing round limited to four million Common Shares to be issued either in tokens or in traditional paper form.

The SAM interchain token has the token address 0x6d1aEADf574963410De6E8FfE797F12f5CdeF2cB and has been deployed on 18 major chain networks, including Binance, Solana and Coinbase and many others.

We will apply to regulatory authorities for permission to distribute the tokens to the public at an unknown point in the future.
